  4. This is Lama from the Medieval Smithy Sims 2. I can see that you've taken meshes I made and converted them to Sims 3, which is against my Terms of Use. Therefore I demand removal of any converted meshes that are based on my 3D models!

    1. Lama, that was kativip's convertion from Skyrim. No of your creations were used.

    2. All meshes and textures belongs to Bethesda Softworks which produced Skyrim and Oblivilion.

    3. And also Morrowind, Daggerfall and Arena as well as Battlespire and Redguard. They are part of The Elder Scrolls franchise.
But Bethesda doesn't approve that meshes and textures from their games are used in other games, even not between TES games.
Guess folks are lucky that Zenimax, the parent company, hasn't done anything yet.

  5. Your Download includes packages called "Dice", "Drinking Horn", "Hard Bread", "Herb Rack" and "Wall Board". They can be seen in the pictures, too. All these models were originally made by me (except for the things hanging from the wall board and the horn itself). So, I made the dice cup and the dice, the hard bread, the herb racks, the stand of the drinking horn and the board; also all textures were made by me. You can find everything @ The Medieval Smithy Sims 2 and my policy doesn't allow conversions. I want to point this out in all peace, because I hate drama. All I want is respect.

  6. These objects are not included in the set. You can download set and see youself. I converted them just for my own private use.

  7. The Download leads to Yandex Skyrim Set.rar. The packages in question are indeed included and downloadable for everybody. Please remove or set them to private! I can see, that this is the time of conversions. I also like having objects from other games in my Sims 2 game and I also did a few Skyrim conversions. But most I do is making objects from scratch and I spend a huge amount of work and time for this. Therefore I claim copyright on the 3D models I made and I have the right to decide, what may be done with them. If you convert them for your private use, well, I think I can't do anything about it. However, don't share them! Thanks.

    1. I repeat you that in this set your things are not included. All rights belong to EA, you can read it when you install your game. Your things were converted by me for my private use. All my convertions are free. Do not worry I do not earn money on them and always write if this is convertion from The Sims 2, I do not claim anything that doesn't belong me as mine,

  8. EA has the rights on the packages for Sims 1-3, that's true. But I own copyright on my 3D models. No EA involved in this. My 3D models may not be used for Sims 3. I'm a Sims 2 player, that's why I support it. Do respect my TOU, which says no conversions. That's all. Now I want this to be put to rest.
I wish you a happy new year and lots of fun with Sims 3!
